Registration fees<\/h4>\n

Important Notice on Registration<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Early bird registration is open from 30th<\/sup> May \u2013 30th <\/sup>September 2024<\/li>\n
  2. Tanzanian students must send to CROSAT supporting letters from their Institutes\/Universities\/Colleges and a copy of their student ID.<\/li>\n
  3. EAC and\/or SADC members should provide evidence of their identity (i.e. submitting a copy of the Passport cover and information pages<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Important: <\/strong>The above registration fees will also apply to Virtual\/Online presenters to cover costs of associated technology.<\/p>\n

    Payment of Registration fee: Mode of payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    All payments should be made through CROSAT bank account. CRDB 0133786133000 CROP SCIENCE ASS OF TANZANIA<\/strong>. Please upload payment receipt in the registration form for records.<\/p>\n

    Language<\/h4>\n

    The conference language will be mainly English. When deemed necessary, Kiswahili will be used with translation.<\/p>\n

    Venue<\/h4>\n

    The conference will be held at the Morena Hotel in Dodoma, Tanzania<\/p>\n

    Accommodation<\/h4>\n

    We recommend participants to make their own hotel booking.<\/p>\n
